Catch of the Month: March 2008

March 2008: Phil

Phil (53): Born overseas, Phil spent his first seven years living abroad with his missionary parents. He still travels extensively, and is looking for someone to join him in his journeys. He has spent the last twenty plus years teaching math and science at a community college in the Inland Empire. He enjoys this less congested part of Southern California, but still visits the big city from time to time. Phil enjoys hiking and going to the beach.

In his own words: I'm a single successful professional living in the high desert. I'm at a point in my life where I'd like to find a compatible guy, both in terms of personal beliefs as well as materialistic tastes. I'm a Unitarian Universalist (one of those liberal labels), and not tied to the type of car I drive or address that I live at. I do, though, take care of myself physically - I'm active to the point that I can do some serious backpacking in the summer months. I'm drawn more to nature than the gay ghetto. I love to travel on a budget, more on my own, avoiding the gay group travel routine. I'm more of an individualist and would prefer someone of similar tastes.
